Bucket delivers orders across Lebanon. This page explains the usual delivery times, charges and what to expect after placing an order.
Delivery time
Most orders are delivered within 3–6 business days. Delivery time may vary depending on the destination, product availability, item size, courier schedules and circumstances outside our reasonable control.
Delivery charges
The applicable delivery fee is shown during checkout. Heavy, bulky or oversized items may require an additional delivery charge. If an extra charge applies, we will confirm it with you before dispatch.
Receiving your order
- Please provide an accurate delivery address and a reachable phone number.
- The courier may call before or upon arrival.
- Please inspect the external packaging when the order is delivered.
- If an item is incorrect, damaged, defective or cracked, contact us within 3 calendar days of delivery.
Missed or rescheduled delivery
If no one is available to receive the order, the courier may arrange another attempt. A new delivery charge may apply to failed or customer-requested rescheduled deliveries.
Pre-orders and special orders
Pre-order, custom and special-order products may take longer than our standard delivery time. The expected timing will be communicated separately on the product page or when we confirm the order.
